NPT payout not resolvable on explorer — is the payout ID an addition record or a transaction digest?

I mine NPT on PoolHub and a payout was sent to my exchange deposit address. I cannot verify it on-chain and would like your help identifying what the payout ID represents.

Payout ID shown by PoolHub:
5a0d3ccd74f7119967fb763f0cb92faca42213199fee1796a1d2fa5eb1ac3aefe2b2871bb473d8a0

What I checked:

Returns: status: not_known — not in the mempool and not in any canonical block.

Questions:

  1. Is this ID an addition record, or a transaction/kernel digest? The explorer only indexes addition records, so if it’s the latter, the lookup fails by design and tells me nothing.
  2. If it’s not an addition record, can you provide the addition record for this payout so I can verify it on-chain myself?
  3. Was this payout broadcast on-chain, or sent as an off-chain UTXO transfer? This is important — off-chain transfers to exchanges require the recipient to run claim-utxo with the notification JSON, and at least one user has had funds stuck in limbo for months because of this (talk.neptune.cash/t/266).
  4. If the payout never confirmed on-chain, can it be re-sent?

Details:

  • Amount: [AMOUNT] NPT
  • Date: [DATE]
  • Miner: OXZD, algo tip5
  • Worker/miner address: happy to provide privately

I have already changed my payout address to my own Neptune wallet so future payouts don’t go to an exchange.

Thanks for any clarification.

This looks like a question for PoolHub. Do they have an account on this forum? If they do, they should be able to answer most of your questions.

The digest that you can look up on the block explorer is an addition record. So if that’s the digest that PoolHub is sharing with you, then the block explorer is reporting that a transaction with that addition record has not been mined, and is not currently in the mempool.

Also: If anyone from PoolHub is reading this, they should know that what they should share is the addition record. That’s the transaction output that stays constant as more transactions are merged, and the transaction is mined into a block.

safetrade have actually created a new address ! I do not know why they did that, and poolhub is of no use, they are impossible to reach. will safetrade open deposits then the funds will arrive? Is that what is expected?

Sir, If you are from the Neptune Team, May I ask why there is so many explorers and very few pools and it is very hard too get reliable verified data about NPT!

I know of three pools: drpool, PoolHub, and NPT mining: https://nptmining.com/. If you’re unhappy with one of them, maybe try another?

It’s my understanding that the mining pools often use Discord. So maybe try there if you haven’t already.

Yeh, I switched from poolhub to drpool, poolhub discord is dead, He even disabled commenting. Thank you for your reply, I guess I will have to wait for saftrade to reopen deposits.
