Parallel block Downloading
@aszepieniec and @sword-smith have been making progress on parallel block downloading. The goal is to speedup initial block downloads and re-sync events. Blocks will be requested from any peer that can provide them, rather than requesting a batch at a time from a single peer as occurs now. This should make syncing faster and more reliable.

The site showcases unique aspects of neptune cash and provides simple instructions for neptune noobs to install and begin using a wallet.
There is also a community driven roadmap and links to various resources.
neptune-proton wallet polishing
@danda made a bunch of “fit and finish” tweaks to the neptune-proton wallet prototype. HIghlights include a re-worked send wizard, a new peers screen, sortable columns and improved scrolling behavior.
It is hoped that an alpha release can be made within a week or two.
It has also been discussed that the architecture of neptune-proton lends itself well to becoming a web wallet and mobile wallet. With some additional RPC calls in neptune-core to support multi-wallet usage, we should be able to make that happen.
