Also, it seems the peer specification is no longer needed, sorry: [Is there a list of peers (in order to download the blockchain)? - #2 by aszepieniec](https://talk.neptune.cash/t/is-there-a-list-of-peers-in-order-to-download-the-blockchain/232/2)

So just running `neptune-core` (without any arguments) is enough.
