Hello everyone, scientists, developers, and members of the Neptune community!

I’m new here and eager to learn more. I’d like to know when I can start participating in the mining of this project. Additionally, as a miner, what contributions can I make, such as participating in testnet nodes? Thank you!

In short order we will be launching betanet, which is the next version of testnet. We do not expect major changes between betanet and mainnet. And so in particular, if you are able to mine on betanet, then you will be able to mine on mainnet with the same hardware and connectivity. And yes, running a testnet node would be tremendously helpful.

You will be able to launch on mainnet as soon as it launches. We will make an announcement in due time, with enough time before the launch date for early adopters such as yourself to prepare adequately.
